Responsibilities:

As application owner, you would be working for Next Horizon Japan program, which improve customer experience through digitalization, and also working for other projects, such as application rationalization, new product development, EOL/EOS projects, small enhancements and production support activities in Operations & Corporate Application Service team, MetLife Japan.

We are seeking a talent (BSA) with Insurance Business knowledge / technology skills and application development experience, and capablity to collaborate with the Product Owner, Development Team, other Scrum Masters to practice/promote Agile Delivery Model.

・Deliver IT projects to support corporate strategy and company/business goals.

・Work closely with Analysts, Architects and Infra team to align with the MetLife Global Platform Reference Architecture.

・Work with on/off-shore developers for application system release with quality and velocity.

・Contribute to system stability by engaging continuous improvement, such as production support, incident restoration and problem management etc. as application owner.

・You would be responsible for managing cross-functional projects as a team representative.

・会社の戦略や目標を実現、サポートするためにITプロジェクトのデリバリーを行う。

・アナリスト、アーキテクト、インフラチームと密接に連携し、メットライフのグローバルプラットフォームリファレンスアーキテクチャと整合性をとる。

・オンショア/オフショア開発者と協働しながら、品質の高いアプリケーションシステムを素早くリリースする。

・アプリケーションオーナーとして、本番サポートやインシデン対応、問題管理などの継続的改善に取り組み、システム安定化に寄与する。

・チームの代表として、組織横断的な案件の管理、取り纏めを担当する。

・3 years application development with Agile way
