JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities:

• DR (Disaster Recovery) planning, coordinating annual DR drill.
• Ensure through planning and drill that IT DR plan and strategies have fully documented, tested, being executable plans that contain all the required information, reflect current conditions from IT infrastructure failover topologies, and able to support the business continuity of the enterprise.
• Continuously improve above-mentioned works
• Support BC plan and establish consistency between BCP and DR plan (e.g., put RPO based on BC plan) 
• Support IT audit

Experience:

• Rich in experiences for DR related works
• Develop strategies, goals, and plans for team and provide work direction and priority setting for employees

Skills:

• The ability to communicate DR/BCP related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences　
• Advanced level written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create detailed and well-organized summaries that can be easily understood by stakeholders
• Interpersonal and collaborative skills

Preferable:

• Experiences in financial service institutes
• Experiences of collaboration with Global team
• Experiences in Audit related work 
• Good organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Experiences of operation in infrastructure area

Language:

• Japanese: Advanced
• English: Advanced or Basic
