・    今回、このガバナンス強化のため、IT部門のテクノロジー・サービス・サービスグループ　ポートフォリオ&デマンド管理チームのメンバーを募集しています。

Responsibilities:

・    ITプロジェクト・ポートフォリオを管理し、課題の洗い出し、問題解決の提案・実行
・    ITプロジェクト・ポートフォリオ・構築のための各種プランニング、データ収集、分析
・    各ITプロジェクトのコスト・リソースのレビュー(KPIとの比較、課題の洗出し・解決実施等)
・    各ITプロジェクトコスト・リソースの予実管理データの収集、分析
・    ITマネジメントメンバー向けレポート (データ収集、分析、レポート作成、報告)
・    Region/Globalチームからの依頼、レポート対応
・    新規ITプロジェクトの立ち上げサポート(各種プロセス説明ト、初期プロジェクトプランニングのサポート等)
 

Requirements:

・    10年以上のIT経験またはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・    あらゆるレベルの関係者に、組織横断的に働きかけて結果を出すコラボレーション能力
・    シニアマネジメント向け各種レポーティング業務の経験
・    論理的・戦略的思考
・    日本語：上級、英語：ビジネスレベル

Preferable:

・    プロジェクト・マネジメント、プロジェクト・ポートフォリオ・マネジメント経験
・    PMP(または他PMI資格)、SAFe Agile資格
・    生命保険業界　または金融業界での経験
・    経営またはITコンサルティング会社での経験
 

Job Summary:

・    The MetLife Technology Services Group is currently looking for an IT Project Portfolio Manager candidate to enhance cost & resource controls & governance for the IT Project Portfolio. 
・    We are implementing a broad spectrum of IT projects such as New product development, Digital transformation, Regulatory & Compliance projects and are working to improve our portfolio resilience from a governance perspective.
・    To support the successful delivery of the portfolio of IT projects within operating constraints, the IT Project Portfolio Governance role within the Portfolio & Demand Management Team is a key enabler function to augment our governance capabilities.  
 

Responsibilities:

・    Manage IT project portfolio, identify process gaps/deficiencies and propose solutions to strengthen portfolio controls & governance.
・    Lead IT project portfolio development and management through data collection, analysis and communication with stakeholders. 
・    Drive review of IT project costs and resources (comparison with KPI, identification and resolution of issues, etc.)
・    Accountable for annual and monthly tracking IT project costs and resources 
・    Accountable for reporting IT management stakeholders (data collection, analysis, and report preparation)
・    Accountable for conducting requests and reports from Region/Global teams
・    Support for enabling IT projects (explanation of various processes, support for initial project planning, etc.)
 

Requirements:

・    10+ years of IT experience related to project management, governance and/or systems development
・    Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to build relationships at all levels, work cross-organizationally, and lead through influence.
・    Experience in creating reports for a wide audience, including information shared with senior stakeholders
・    Able to synthesize complex sets of information and distill key information for senior management reporting and decision making
・    Logical and strategic thinking 
・    Business level English and advanced level Japanese proficiency
・    Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
 

Preferable:

・    Solid experience in project management and project portfolio management 
・    PMP (or other PMI Certifications), SAFe Agile certifications
・    Experience in life insurance company or financial industry
・    Management or IT consulting experience preferred
