Job Summary:

MetLife Japan Information Technology Department / Technology Services Group is responsible for local CIO support functions like project portfolio management, governance, execution excellence, IT finance etc. Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) is one of those functions. VRM team is looking for a staff level role with below requirements.

Responsibilities:

•    IT Vendor Contract Management (Resources Onboarding, Offboarding, BEELINE resources data check, Contracts Delivery, vendor staff report etc.)
•    Vendor Relationship Management Support (regular communication with internal and suppliers for above function)
•    Closely work with IT Delivery Support team, related supplier to coordinate validating contracts & Payment information  
•    Support Resource database tool small changes, Delivery Support workflow tool (JIRA) management
•    Closely work with IT internal teams to support demands planning
•    Any other related tasks as required for the job
 

Requirements:

•    3 to 5 years of IT experience
•    Worked at small to medium size IT organization
•    Read/Write/Speak Japanese (business to native level)
•    Read/Write/Speak English (intermediate to business level, only writing is sufficient)
•    Good Communication skills
•    Comfortable doing repetitive/time-bound regular tasks
 

Preferable:

•    IT literacy is a plus (no need for hands-on)
•    Willingness to learn IT end to end process to better contribute to the role.
