Job Summary

As a Test Lead, you would be working to Create strategy, plan, and manage execution of  End to End test for programs/projects which Operations & Corporate Application Development leads.

We are looking for a talent with test lead/execution experience and technology knowledge , and capable to collaborate with project stakeholders such as Product Owners, Development Teams, other Scrum Masters in an efficient way & ensuring to maintain quality of application development deliveries.

Responsibilities

– Create test strategy of each IT projects/programs

– Create relationship with project stakeholders

– Manage overall test plan, test case and test evaluation

– Manage test members (employees and vendors)

– Manage vendors

Requirements

– Test management/lead experience(３+ years)

– Team management experience(1~2+ years)

– Knowledge of software testing and quality management (ISTQB/JSTQB, ISO9000, ISO29119, etc.)

-( Experience and )knowledge of automation testing

– Experience and knowledge of test cases and defects management tools(JIRA, Quality Center, qTest, etc.)

– Language skills

  Japanese: Native/Business level

  English: Business level (At a minimum, capable of writing/reading business emails and producing materials)

– Problem solving skill

– Self motivation
