Job Summary

Looking for a software engineer who is proactive and cooperative to implement digital technologies such as RPA, AI OCR digital workflow and / or digital scan with 10+ years IT development experience.

The focus would be

1. to realize end to end business process automation with minimum human interaction
2. to digitize paper operation in order to maximize automation opportunities

Working with a culturally diverse and geographically distributed team to achieve a common goal in an agile delivery fashion

Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations, propose technology solutions with efficiency
• Develop and deploy solutions with quality in a timely manner
• Perform unit and integration testing before launch
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing
• Work closely with other engineers onsite and offshore for surrounding applications
• Mange offshore engineers and deploy solutions in agile way
• Troubleshoot and adopt change request after production release
• Supporting documentation and paperwork related to financial institution processes
• Working as a part of the team and individually with little supervision

Requirements

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT industry
• Lead a small to medium team of 2 to 5 members
• 3+ years of experience in delivering projects in Agile fashion
• Experienced in Requirement Definition, Build, Test, Deployment & Release

Skills:

• Highly experienced in application development
• Experience in designing, building and testing applications
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
• Evaluate the existing applications and provide technical direction
• Understand infrastructure, DB, NW, monitoring tools for implementation
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Communication with business users using non-technical languages
• Hands-on experience in
  • Java, C#, and / or .Net
  • Blue Prism, UI Path and / or other business process automation tools
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc…)
  • Log & Monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, etc..)
  • SQL, Oracle DB

Preferable

• English / Japanese bi-lingual
• Scrum knowledge
• Project management skills
• Incident and release management
• Automated Testing experience and / or knowledge
